When I started taking H57 I was 165 pounds and at the end of my ropes. I tried every diet in the book. The more I dieted it seemed like the more I would gain weight. Food diets only made me obsess over food more and want to eat more! It was horrible. And I was miserable.

I have tried everything to lose weight, It would work for about 2 weeks and then I quit losing and it did not work more. I have tried pills, shakes, and the powder that you drink before bedtime. I just wanted to say that I have been taking H57 for about 2 weeks, I know that's not very long but I just have to tell you that so far it is the answer to my very frustrated prayers. I need to lose about 150 lbs. and so far I have been able to cut my calories down dramatically from around 4000 + calories a day to 2500. I love this product !!!

I have a lot of reasons for losing the weight the most important is my back pain, it hurts to move. But with your product I can see the light at the end of a very long tunnel finally. I never feel hungry, I don't crave carbs anymore, I literally have to remind myself to eat and that's not all, I'm a diabetic and since about day 3 of taking the H57 my blood sugars have been in normal range. As long as I eat a sensible snack every 2-3 hours they don't drop too low and with not craving carbs it's easier to keep them from going too high. Did I mention I love this product!!!

I have been using your product for about 7 months now I have lost a total of 60 pounds and need to lose about 100 more I use to think it was impossible to lose the weight, but not anymore thanks to H57 Hoodia I am losing consistently and without all the ups and downs that I have experienced with other weight loss products.
