H57 Goes Racing!

H57 Hoodia NASCAR Busch Team debuted at O'Reilly Raceway Park!

Nutley, New Jersey - H57 Hoodia debuted their first NASCAR Busch Series car at O'Reilly Raceway Park (The Kroger 200) in Indianapolis Indiana on Saturday, August 5th.

Race day for H57 Hoodia and ML Motorsports was fantastic! The #70 H57 Car driven by Justin Diercks was spectacular! On hand to kick off the first race with H57 was Soprano actor Joe Gannascoli (Vito Spatafore). Joe is currently losing weight with H57 Hoodia and is a real racing fan.

H57 has been a sponsor this year in the NHRA, and has now added NASCAR to their event sponsorship program. "We've proven ourselves in the Nutrition marketplace, in the media, and on the track. Its now time for us to show what we can do in NASCAR" said Kelly Lockwood, C.E.O. of H57 Hoodia. "We have built a championship team and its now time for the whole country to see us!"

Before the race at the opening ceremonies, H57 donated $2,500 to the children's charity "TOOLS FOR SCHOOLS", an organization founded by ML Motorsports' co-owners, committed to making a difference with kids at school. On hand to make the check presentation was Governor Mitch Daniels and two local Mayors.

ML Motorsports and WRPM Racing (Jeff Witherell) hosted a wonderful hospitality for the entire team and celebrities. A custom motorcoach was on site from Foretravel Motorcoach and the BBQ was just delicious!

The race was broadcast on The Speed Channel and TNT. The H57 Car, Team and Celebrities got plenty of air time on both networks! Look for The H57 Hoodia Racing Team at the following races::
